Web design & development · Sydney
Your business, presented properly.
Corvid Studio designs and builds fast, modern websites for small businesses. Considered design and disciplined engineering, handled end to end by one person who does both.
01 · Selected work
Live work, not mock-ups.
No concept pieces. This is deployed, in production, and serving customers today.

Case study · Hospitality franchise
Gözleme King
A ground-up redesign for an authentic Turkish street-food franchise with nine locations across Sydney. The brief: look as good as the food, load as fast as the counter service, and put every menu item and location one tap away, especially on a phone.

- Nine, across Sydney

The portfolio stays deliberately short: one project at a time, each built to the standard above.
Claim it →02 · Services & pricing
Two ways to work together.
A one-time build, an ongoing care plan, or both. They are priced separately, neither requires the other, and every quote is fixed before work begins.
One-time
Project build
from$990fixed quote, agreed upfront
- Custom design and a hand-written build. No templates, no page builders
- Mobile-first, tested on real phones
- Content structured with you: services, menus, locations
- Search and performance fundamentals done right
- You own everything: the site, the code, the domain
Monthly
Care plan
from$75per month · no lock-in
- Hosting, SSL and backups managed for you
- Content updates and small changes each month
- Security patches and dependency updates
- Uptime monitoring, with problems fixed before you notice them
- A direct line to the person who built your site
Fixed quote
Agreed in writing before any work starts. No surprises later.
One point of contact
You talk directly to the person doing the work.
Lean on purpose
Comparable agency builds in Sydney often run well past $6,000.
03 · Process
From first call to live site.
Four steps, each with something real to show.
The conversation
Fifteen minutes, plain English. What you need, what it costs, whether it’s worth doing at all. Free either way.
The draft
A working homepage in the first week. A real page you can open on your phone, not a slideshow of promises.
The build
Hand-written code, tested on real devices, with a private preview link so you can watch it come together.
The launch
Live on your domain: fast, secured, and yours outright. Prefer to never think about it again? The care plan takes over from here.
04 · About
Good design is easy to find. Disciplined engineering isn't.
Corvid Studio is run by Alper, a Sydney software engineer who builds websites the way production software is built: written by hand, reviewed line by line, and deployed through the same pipelines engineering teams rely on. Most small-business sites are assembled from templates by people who can't read the code underneath them. Every Corvid site is code that's understood, owned and accountable, so it loads faster, holds up under scrutiny, and grows with the business instead of fighting it.
The information-security specialisation isn't decoration, either. Forms that don't leak, dependencies that stay patched, HTTPS configured properly. The invisible work that protects your name comes standard with every build, not as an add-on.
Why “Corvid”? Crows and ravens are among the only animals that make their own tools. A fitting namesake for a studio that refuses to build with anyone else's.

05 · FAQ
Asked often, answered straight.
Anything not covered here, just ask. You’ll get the same straight answer on a call or over email.
Simple sites start at $990, and most small-business builds land between $1,500 and $3,500 depending on scope. You get a fixed number in writing before anything starts, and it does not move.
Most sites go live in two to four weeks. You see a working draft in the first week, not a mock-up at the end of the project.
No, it is genuinely optional. It exists for owners who would rather never think about hosting, updates or backups again. Your site works perfectly well without it, and you can add or drop it at any time.
Yes. Most projects are redesigns. Gözleme King, the franchise site above, replaced an older site entirely: the content came across, the Google presence was preserved, and nothing went offline during the switch.
About an hour of your time in total. You bring what you know: the menu, the photos, how you want to sound. Everything technical, from the domain to email, is handled for you.
You do. The code, the design, the domain and every word on it. If we ever part ways, you keep everything.
